Class begins with the selection of fresh ingredients at the Western Wake Farmers' Market, and ends with a delicious meal prepared and cooked at Whisk. Learn the benefits of locally grown food and how to choose at peak of freshness by smelling, touching, tasting, and talking to the local farms. Take the bounty back to the Whisk kitchen for a hands-on experience, with the end result being a nutritious, creative and flavorful lunch. 3.5 hours. Vegetarian and gluten-free!
